My DVD is not working properly
There are many reasons why a DVD may not play properly. Use this troubleshooting checklist to eliminate some of the more common problems.
• Does your DVD player play Region 1 DVDs?
• Have you been able to play other DVDs with the player you are using? Try playing a DVD that you know plays properly.
• If you are attempting to play this DVD on a computer, have you correctly installed the DVD software? Have you been able to play other DVDs on this computer?

I am not able to watch any video
Look at your computer to see if it recognizes the location where you insert the DVD.

My computer does not open any video player to play the DVD
You must be sure to have installed a program that allows you to play DVDs on your computer. We recommend Real Player or Windows Media Player. If you don't have one of them installed please download it from here: Real Player and Windows Media Player.
