Inequalities. Relationships between quantities that are different from each other. Inequality symbols denote the difference.

Graphs of Linear Inequalities in One Variable. Inequalities in one variable can be graphed on a number line. x ≥

Compound Inequalities. A pair of inequalities connected by an AND or an OR statement. With AND, the solution must satisfy both inequalities. With OR, the solution must satisfy at least one inequality.

Graphs of Linear Inequalities in Two Variables. The solution to an inequality involving two variables, usually x and y. The graph of this inequality can be graphed on a coordinate plane.
